Teal India is a tech-enabled property due diligence company that helps financial institutions make faster and more informed lending decisions. We work with leading banks and financial institutions across India, helping them streamline their property-related due diligence and requirements through technology-enabled solutions. 

We are looking for a Business Development Intern who is proactive, comfortable communicating with people, and interested in learning about sales and business development in a fast-growing B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach and lead generation through various channels, including calls, emails, LinkedIn, online research, and other relevant platforms.

• Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities.

• Build and maintain a database of prospective clients and keep lead information updated.

• Connect with prospective clients to understand their requirements and introduce Teal India's services.

• Follow up with leads and ensure timely communication throughout the sales process.

• Maintain records of outreach, follow-ups, leads, and client interactions.

• Comfortable speaking with clients and making outreach calls.

• Proactive, energetic, and willing to take initiative.

• Good follow-up and relationship-management skills.

• Ability to respond promptly and professionally to client requirements.

• Basic understanding of Excel/Google Sheets and willingness to learn new tools.

What You Will Learn

• Hands-on experience in B2B sales and business development 

• Exposure to the fintech, lending, and property-tech ecosystem 

• Using CRM and other tools to track leads,

Internship Duration: 3 months

Stipend: 10,000/month

Work Mode: In office
